-here is a picture.
-that little white dude talking to all the black folks is me, spreading the gospel of the social model of disability activism (vs the medical model - whats wrong with the person, social model asks whats wrong with societies that do not accommodate people of different ability sets)
-if seeing a picture of the youngest person in the crowd (except the next picture), also white, able bodied, and foreign, lecture a large group of disabled black African folks about what they deserve from this world is troubling to you, join the club.
-this is also where i work (in two rooms in the building on the right).
-it was about 40 degrees outside and i forgot a jacket.
