whats wrong with this picture

A) dylan hasnt shaved in three weeks
B) dylan received 1/2 of a haircut all summer
C) dylan holds the microphone like a namby pamby (seriously, though, whatr you doin man?)
D) dylan is wearing short sleeves in near freezing temperatures
E) dylan knows next to nothing of what he is talking about and yet still hogged the microphone for half an hour
(its definitely a trick question)

at least im "eeping e promis" (note to USAID: disabled folks cannot transport themselves in poorly designed t-shirts. they use wheelchairs and crutches instead. its true!)
